We extend our deepest gratitude to all stakeholders who support the Hanmi Group.

Hanmi Science is publishing its ESG report for the first time this year. Throughout this time, Hanmi Science has recognized the importance of sustainable management and has continuously strived to practice it.

For the past 50 years, Hanmi Group has led the Korean pharmaceutical and bio-industry as an icon of 'creation, challenge, and innovation'. It has always turned crises into opportunities and is a leading pharmaceutical company in Korea that has demonstrated the possibility of global new drug development in a barren land for new drugs, the Republic of Korea. Hanmi Group believes that innovative new drug development is a social responsibility and mission for pharmaceutical companies that are responsible for human health. Through this inaugural ESG report, we will demonstrate our efforts to stakeholders including shareholders and customers.

Hanmi Group currently stands at a critical turning point for a new leap forward. We intend to shed all the difficulties of the past and embark on the journey of 'New Hanmi'. Hanmi Group will introduce an advanced professional management system, unseen in the Korean corporate management environment, and the major shareholders, as board members, will focus on their inherent role of providing full support, management, and oversight. We promise that the solid support of the board of directors and the free exercise of capabilities by professional managers will create harmony, allowing us to soar as a global enterprise.

Hanmi Science, the group's holding company, will become the captain leading this journey and will surely achieve the soaring growth of each affiliate, including Hanmi Pharm. We believe that the difficult times of the past were a strenuous period of preparation to fly higher. We will engrave Hanmi Group's management philosophies of 'Respect for Humanity' and 'Value Creation' in our hearts, and once again strive towards the Hanmi spirit of 'creation, innovation, and challenge' championed by our founder, Chairman Lim Sung Ki.

Once again, we humbly express our gratitude to the stakeholders who have shown deep interest in Hanmi Science even during the difficult times. We kindly ask for your continued warm interest and support so that Hanmi Science's efforts to create a hopeful future as a leading pharmaceutical nation can bear much fruit.
