Welfare & Culture

Fostering Corporate Culture

Hanmi Science operates various childcare support systems to help employees balance work and family life. The company supports various work arrangements such as maternity/paternity leave, reduced working hours for childcare, remote work, and flexible work schedules. These systems help employees manage both work and childcare. Additionally, the company operates an in-house daycare center, providing a safe and comfortable environment for employees' children. Furthermore, it fosters a culture where male employees can freely use parental leave, creating an environment where childcare responsibilities are shared and supported regardless of gender. Hanmi Science will continue its efforts to introduce various systems to enable employees to balance work and family.
