In 2025, Hanmi Group introduced a 'Stock-Based Performance Compensation System' to enhance employee loyalty and ownership, and to further strengthen the existing compensation system by providing incentives in company shares to employees who meet certain conditions. Hanmi Group believes that a performance-oriented compensation system is essential for securing future corporate competitiveness in the fiercely competitive global pharmaceutical and bio-industry, and will strive to attract global talent and establish a culture where all employees share a sense of ownership and grow together, thereby realizing sustainable corporate value.
Performance-Based Stock Compensation | In cases where performance significantly impacting the enhancement of corporate value, such as increased sales and profits, new drug approval, and technology exports, is achieved, up to 100% of the annual salary equivalent in treasury shares is differentially paid. |
Employee Productivity Incentive Stock Grant | Employees can choose to receive 50-100% of their performance incentive amount in company shares based on semi-annual evaluation results. |
Additionally, the 'Proud Hanmi Person Award', established by Hanmi Group Chairman Song Young-sook since 2020, is limited to employees (not executives) and recognizes and encourages practical workers who have silently achieved results in unseen areas.
