About this report

Report Overview

The 2025-26 Hanmi Science ESG Report is Hanmi Science's first-ever sustainability report. This report was prepared to transparently disclose to stakeholders the goals and achievements related to creating economic, social, and environmental value for a global Hanmi. Hanmi Science strives to become a healthcare company that communicates and develops with stakeholders, including shareholders and customers, through its annual ESG report.

Reporting Standards and Principles

The 2025-26 Hanmi Science ESG Report was prepared in accordance with GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Standards 2021[GRI]. Furthermore, to disclose activities for key issues relevant to Hanmi Science's industry characteristics, we referred to SASB (Sustainability Accounting Standards Board)[SASB], as well as TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) recommendations, and financial performance was prepared in accordance with K-IFRS.

Reporting Period and Scope

The 2025-26 Hanmi Science ESG Report covers Hanmi Science's sustainable management performance from January 1 to December 31, 2025. Information that could significantly influence stakeholders' decisions includes activities up to April 2026 and supplementary data from the previous year. This report also includes the sustainable management performance of Hanmi Science's headquarters and domestic business sites, and for environmental and employee data, it includes information from Online Pharm, a key consolidated subsidiary.

Report Assurance

This ESG report has been verified by an independent third-party professional assurance provider, who was not involved in the selection and preparation process of the key reporting issues, to ensure the objectivity, fairness, and reliability of its contents.
