Hanmi Group ESG Decision-Making Structure

Hanmi Group is confident that ESG management is an essential element for sustainable management. Hanmi Group declares its commitment to sustainable management, focusing on climate change response, respect for human rights and strengthening labor rights, establishing safety and health free from serious accidents, win-win cooperation, and ethical management.
In 2025, Hanmi Group established a new ESG decision-making structure for future growth and sustainable management. In particular, the ESG Management Committee, centered around the CEOs of all group companies, will review ESG strategy formulation and ESG initiatives, and monitor performance. Matters discussed by the ESG Management Committee will be deliberated by each company's board of directors, and strategies and policies will be decided to focus on expanding and advancing group-wide ESG management.
The ESG Group, a dedicated ESG organization, will comprehensively manage company-wide ESG management including issue response, investment execution, disclosure, and evaluation, and plans to report ESG status and performance to the board of directors at least once a year.

ESG Implementation Strategy

Hanmi Science has established mid-to-long-term strategies and plans from a systematic ESG management perspective and continuously monitors their implementation status. Under the vision of sustainable management and growth based on creativity, challenge, and innovation, we are formulating mid-to-long-term strategies for each ESG area and diligently carrying out detailed strategic tasks according to the plans.
